How will my order be shipped?

After your bank wire payment has been verified by our desk, your watch is packed and dispatched via DHL or FedEx (or an equivalent insured premium carrier for your destination).

Once the parcel ships, we provide a tracking number so you can follow the delivery.

Will my shipment be insured?

Yes. Shipments are trackable and fully insured to the value of your order as arranged for that delivery. In the unlikely event of a transit issue, contact us at sales@legacy-time.com with your order reference and we will assist.

When does shipping start?

Buy Now collects your shipping address at checkout. Fulfillment begins only after staff verify that your bank wire has cleared. Opening the order-access page or saving a checkout draft does not mark an order paid and does not trigger shipment.

The price shown at Buy Now confirmation is the watch price. Shipping and insurance arrangements for your destination are confirmed by the desk for that order.

How long will delivery take?

After the watch has shipped, delivery within the United States is typically 1–3 business days, depending on the carrier service selected for your order.

International deliveries usually take about 2–7 business days after shipment, subject to customs clearance and local courier schedules. Exact timing is confirmed when we arrange your shipment.

Can I order from outside the United States?

Yes. We can ship to many international destinations. Any shipping charge for your destination is confirmed by the desk before or when we arrange dispatch.

For international deliveries, import duties, taxes, and customs fees in the destination country are generally the buyer’s responsibility unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing for that order. We include the customs documents needed for a smooth process where applicable. For exact local charges, check with your customs authority; our desk can also help with questions.

Are customs fees included?

We prepare the parcel with a completed customs declaration and the usual supporting documents. Fees charged by authorities or brokers in your country are not included in the watch price unless we state otherwise for your order.

Do you have a retail store?

Legacy Timepieces is an online desk. We do not operate high-street boutiques. Watches are shipped insured to the address you provide at checkout.

Packaging

Watches are packed for high-value transit. Original boxes and papers are included when they form part of the listing and your order confirmation.
